HOW MUCH SHOW SPACE WILL THERE BE FOR WSM 2024?
WSM will be offering over 96,000sf of Exhibit Hall Space and an additional 72,000sf of private brand showroom space for WSM 2024.
IS WSM 2024 OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
No, WSM is a private, invitation-only show for the Wintersports trade only.
WHICH BRANDS ARE ATTENDING WSM 2024?
As Brands register to attend WSM, an active list will be updated here.
WHICH RETAILERS ARE ATTENDING WSM 2024?
Specialty Wintersports retail buyers from the SMC, SSL and NBS buying groups, as well as 100 plus invited brick & mortar, e-comm and ski area retail channels will be attending. WSM is committed to working with exhibiting brands to create a robust base of buyers. Check back for a list of attending retailers.
WHAT DEFINES A PREFERRED VENDOR?
Preferred Vendors are those who have an established program with any or all of the hosting Buying Groups – SMC, SSLand/or NBS. Please note: Preferred vendors will still have the normal buying group fee structure from each of the groups they work with. These fees are completely separate from any WSM costs. Preferred status for new vendors will only be granted after Program Fees are paid and a Program has been accepted by the respective Buying Group(s).
DO YOU HAVE TO BE A PREFERRED VENDOR IN ORDER TO ATTEND WSM 2024?
No, exhibitors are not required to have a buying group program with any of the hosting groups to attend WSM 2024. However, preferred vendors do benefit from a lower show cost. Trade shows should be about conducting business at a realistic cost.
IS THERE A PRICE BREAK FOR PREFERRED VENDORS?
YES – Preferred vendors receive a discount off the “retail” price for show space.
ARE MY REPS ABLE TO ATTEND THE SHOW?
Yes – Sales Reps are critical to our industry – WSM encourages all exhibitors attending to have your reps participate.
Retailer FAQs
WHO IS ALLOWED TO ATTEND WSM 2024?
Invited Retailers only are allowed to attend WSM 2024. Retail Buyers will come from all three buying groups as well as other specialty buying outlets.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY BADGE FOR THE SHOW?
Badges will be available for pick up at the WSM Registration desk located near the entrance. You must be invited and pre-registered to be issued a badge.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND WSM 2024?
There is no cost to pre-registered retailers.
